Abstract: Provides the clerk of court of Lincoln Parish with the same duties and responsibilities as the jury commission.

Proposed law provides that the function of the jury commission in Lincoln Parish shall be performed by the clerk of court of that parish.

Proposed law provides that the clerk of court shall coordinate the jury venire process and receive the compensation authorized for a jury commissioner.
